    The normality of the tension of the mesh belt conveyance directly affects the operation and service life of the conveyor. If the tension is too loose, the chain will be dislocated or skipped, and the tension will be too tight, which will affect the service life of the belt, or even roll. Or the mesh belt jumps up and down when rolling.

    The conditioning tension of the mesh belt is divided into three steps: firstly, the parallelism between the drive shaft and the forced shaft should be adjusted (the parallelism will not reach the mesh belt transport deviation and the side jump teeth) and then the drive end bearing, Fix the sprocket and adjust the center distance of the sprocket. The forced end is tensioned from the loose side to the tight side. At this moment, the base belt is pulled up vertically by hand, and the chain is stopped 50 mm above the lower trajectory. Finally, the dead end bearing and the tension bolt are fixed.

    The correct device and debugging of the mesh belt conveyor at the beginning of operation have important meanings for the goodness and badness of the feedback network belt. In general, the mesh belt conveyor operation must first be equipped with precise power. If the power is small, it will show a sensation or noise, and even form The motor burns under the condition of long-time overload operation, and the power is large, which will cause dross. Since the start-up device debugging of the mesh belt conveyance is an important part of the future use of the good or bad, the start-up device debugging of the mesh belt conveyance is particularly important. The debugging of the belt conveyor is divided into five steps:

   (1) Net belt transport body level device: After installing the fuselage, adjust each foot until the whole machine stops horizontally.
   (2) Device of mesh belt: When measuring the mesh belt, pay attention to measuring the touch scale of the chain and the track, ensure that the mesh belt and the track are touched repeatedly, and should not be distorted or offset. After measuring the precise length, the ring is connected.
   (3) Tension adjustment: The initial adjustment of the tension of the mesh belt should be slightly loose with normal tension.
   (4) Drive motor device: The motor should be fixed and strong, the chain tension should be normal, and then the sealing cover should be installed.
   (5) Commissioning start: The mesh belt conveyor start adopts the point starting method, adjust the frequency converter to 40HZ, observe no noise and no oscillation, then press the button completely.

    Start to debug the device network belt conveyor first adjust the parallelism and levelness of the mesh belt. If the parallelism is not good, the mesh belt will be unevenly stressed. If the level is not enough, the mesh belt will be deflected. When starting, you should use the jog method. After the start, gradually adjust the speed to the required speed. Generally, it is better to reach 60% of the normal speed within 24 hours. In general, a good mesh belt transport should not only be designed but also better to be debugged. As long as the commissioning device is correct, it can ensure long-lasting operation.
